Shipping + Returns
Details on shipping will be provided on each item. Large or fragiles items will be sent by a man and a van courier. Other items can be sent by Royal Mail or Every (or equivialent) within 3-5 business days.
Free collections can be arranged from our studio in Kent.
Please notify us within 14 days if there is a problem with your item. We will always do our utmost to resolve any issues.
If you are returning due to damage from delivery, please make sure you take photographs of the packing and item and send by email to email@example.com. Please ensure you keep hold of the packaging as the delivery company may need to inspect it.
We will agree with you the best course of action with regardings to returning the goods to us.
If you have decided to return the item due to a change of mind, please note that you will be liable for arranging any delivery and return costs of the goods. If goods have been delivered by a man and a van courier, you must return the item by similar means to ensure no damage to the item occurs.

We process refunds directly to your payment card, in no more than 30 days once goods have been received back to us to in the same condition.
Refunds of delivery charges will ONLY be made if goods arrived damaged and the fault is with the delivery company.
How to return or exchange a product
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your return details and reason for the return. Print email and send with your return and a copy of your order confirmation.
Package the item up and send it back to Three Front Doors, Craythornes, Fairfield Road, New Romney, TN28 8HU. We recommend a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage.
We process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than 30 days

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty.
Gift vouchers are refundable within seven business days of purchase.
